ABSTRACT
The article reports on the joining of new chief executive John Kerr at 9 Gough Square after the retirement of longstanding incumbent Joanna Poulton. Kerr has joined from the Faculty of Advocates in Scotland, where he headed Faculty Services, the clerking provision arm. Kerr spent three years at the Faculty of Advocates, prior to which he picked up many years' experience working for membership organizations and trade bodies after training as a chartered surveyor. He arrives at 9 Gough Square as the set is looking to expand.
