Reports that Mariiottsville, Maryland-based Bon Secours Health System and Albany, New York-based Franciscan Health Partnership have signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding stating their intent to negotiate a transaction resulting in the acquisition of substantially all of Franciscan by Bon Secours.
