The article presents information on the advertising campaigns that will be launched by Procter & Gamble Co. for its skin care and cosmetics products in the U.S. in fall 1999. Procter & Gamble will introduce two new Cover Girl cosmetics products as part of the line's fall 1999 collection. The new Fall in Love color collection will include Smoothers Gel EyeColor, a gel-based eyeshadow and liner, and Shine! Lipglaze, a potted lip gloss. The collection is backed by print ads and in-store displays from Grey Advertising. Also slated for fall is the company's campaign for its Oil of Olay skincare and cosmetics lines. That campaign from Saatchi & Saatchi is based on the concept of the vest-selling book I Am Beautiful.
