ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the City of Rockledge in Pennsylvania. Nestled between Northeast Philadelphia and suburban Abington township, Rockledge offers a haven to escape higher taxes and car insurance. With such close proximity to a major city, Rockledge has a police force of about eight cops who try their best to keep out unwanted elements. If you want bunnyhops-to-wallrides, a busted bank to crumbling two-foot-high cinderblock wall, two step-high manuals, and curb jumps, then Rockledge is the place to be. Since the garbage men come early on Wednesday mornings, Tuesday nights offer a wide variety of refuse to make old door ramps, stinky couch sub boxes, and the occasional beat-down Huffy with a good tube left in it. There is nothing really other than the wavy parking lot that was repaved this year at the big church. The streets are all sloped, so if you want to work on your whiplashes, it's on.
