Xugong denies reports of Caterpillar takeover

Reports that Chinese construction equipment manufacturer Xugong Machinery denied claims that Caterpillar is negotiating to purchase a stake in the company according to Zhang Jing Ming, export manager for parent company Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group.
