The section presents updates on magazines concerning the advertising industry as of September 27, 1999. Vogue magazine featured a dozen cover girl legends on its millennium cover. Cosmopolitan magazine launched its 38th edition in Romania. A seventh issue of the magazine Departures will be added in 2000. The magazine Bridal Guide increased its advertising pages to 240 pages. Cover Girl will be sponsoring the 1999 Glamour magazine women of the year awards. Elle magazine closed biggest November ever with 235 advertising pages.
