ABSTRACT

This article reports on the dominance of Schaetti AG of Switzerland in the laminating and coating technology in 2005. The firm has taken over the complete production and delivery range of the laminating technology from Kannegiesser Garment & Textile Technologies and can thus offer the most comprehensive and proven range in the dry and wet laminating sector. Its complete range of thermofusible adhesive products are manufactured in Switzerland and Germany. The main emphasis of the Schaetti machine range is placed on complete systems designed for coating substrates with thermofusible powder. The firm aims to offer custoemrs solutions covering all areas of laminating technology and to be a system supplier of machines and thermofusible adhesive.
