ABSTRACT
The article presents measurement tips for improving the mathematical skills of children. Parents should provide children with interesting measuring materials to help them visually understand and experience important math concepts. Give your child one shoe from each family member and ask him to organize the shoes from smallest to largest. Bath time is a perfect time to learn about measurement. Provide your child with plastic cups, measuring spoons, and a sponge. Ask him to guess how many spoonfuls of water it will take to fill up the cup. Let him try filling the cup with water from a sponge.
