ABSTRACT
The article provides information on creating digital video discs that hold more than video and work in any player. The use of the Adobe Premier Elements is recommended because it is cheap price and its video editing tools are easy to master. A single application can also be used for all the steps from transferring video from camcarder to personal computer through burning the final product to DVD. The basic steps involved in making a polished disc is are assembling and organizing its content, choosing what goes into the menus, and burning the disc.
