Chief Chris Daly of the Goshen Fire Department in West Chester, Pennsylvania, has launched www.drivetosuivive.org, an online clearinghouse for information relating to emergency vehicle accidents and driver-training programs. The site is a supplement to a training class Daly presented at Firehouse Expo in July 2005. Robert A. Creecy has been appointed as the new chief of the Richmond, Virginia, Department of Fire and Emergency Services. He has been serving as the interim fire chief since May. After conducting a national search, city officials determined that the most qualified candidate was already in the position.
