Reports on the surge in the demand for leased space on the towers of wireless tower companies which stabilized cash flows and thereby attracting the interest of investors and ratings agencies in the U.S. Reasons why tower companies now have high gross margins; Previous dismal performance of such companies whose debt levels were sky-high; Improvement in the credit quality of wireless tower issuers.
