Reports on the Canadian Supreme Court ruling that the Quebec government will not be named in a potentially massive lawsuit by women who say they had to wait too long for postsurgery radiation treatment for breast cancer at Quebec hospitals. Reaction of Anahit Cilinger, who launched the suit, to the ruling.
