JWT taps ValueFlash to link clients, customers

The article reports on the announcement of J. Walter Thompson Co. (JWT) in New York that it will form an alliance with Internet direct marketing company ValueFlash.com. Under the agreement, two members of the management team from JWT will serve on the board of ValueFlash while JWT has an option to take an equity stake in ValueFlash. In addition, JWT will make ValueFlash's Vflash Messenger online marketing technology available to its clients.
