The article reports on the introduction of modern packaging innovation for flours under the Gold Medal brand of General Mills Inc. The new packaging of the flour is a resealable plastic bag. Pam Becker, company spokeswoman, claims that the new zip-pack bag will make it easier for flour to be opened and stored.
