ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Tivo Inc., a television (TV) systems provider, to partner with TV research companies to evaluate how its TV devices affect the viewing habits of its clients in the U.S. It formed a partnership with Nielsen Media Research and ASI Entertainment to conduct an evaluation for the said purpose and expressed its desire to invite networks, advertisers and programmers to develop modern techniques.
