Bcom3, Dentsu form joint venture

The article reports that Bcom3 Group will form a joint venture company in Tokyo, Japan, to be called Beacon. Beacon will combine the existing operations of Leo Burnett Co. and D'Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles. Furthermore, Dentsu will have an equity in the joint venture. Beacon is expected to bill $430 million.
