This article reports that Calvin Klein Inc. filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in U.S. District Court against licensee Warnaco Group. Calvin Klein alleges Warnaco sold jeans and underwear in unauthorized retail stores, and made changes in merchandising and product that were outside its contract.
