Reports that Optical Data Corp.'s Windows on Math K-6, videodisc and textbook program, was selected as a basal textbook substitute by the Kentucky Textbook Commission. Budget allocated for the state's 1998 math adoption; Kentucky's list of electronic instructional materials for its math textbook adoption for 1998.
