Butech Buys Bliss Products from DMS

The article presents information about Butech Inc. The company has purchased the intellectual property and products of DMS Bliss Corp. The acquisition gives Butech Inc. all the drawings and technical information for the entire history of Bliss Inc. products. Butech Inc. is also providing rebuild services for DMS Bliss Corp. and other automatic gage control cylinders. The equipment will be relocated and merged with Butech Inc.'s extrusion/forging press cylinder manufacturing and service operation. Butech Inc. has invested more than 7 million dollars into the manufacturing plant.
