The Qur'an has been sent in Arabic language in order to be understood. So, the Qur'an has been using intelligible language and manner for human being. One of the styles used by Qur'an is truth and metaphor. One of the statements which is controversial that whether it has real or metaphoric meaning is the expression "uqtulû enfusekum" in Baqara 54. This statement is loaded the metaphoric meaning of "kill your selves/egos" by considering it without Quranic integrity and literaturial meaning and historical bond in many translations. As regards of commentaries, although this expression is explained by its literaturial meaning in almost all, in some of them it is mistaken. Since our goal is both to attain the true knowledge and to escort the concernors of the topic and also understanding and expressing messages of the Qur'an vigorously, we intended to underline the necessity about the people speaking and writing about verses of the Qur'an should be more careful.
