One of the most important problems encountered in the house building cooperative management is determination of the apartment differences. Some of the copartners having the same responsibility and payments from the beginning to the end of construction in those organizations suffer from being unjustly treated after drawing lots. There are some differences such as height, being sunny and close to others, etc., among the apartments so that they result in a price (worth) differentiation when the apartments are then sold or rent. Cooperative management has the authority and the responsibility of removing this problem. In this study, it is determined that a commission formed by the management can considerably reduce disadvantages of the drawing lots by determining differences among the apartments.
