ABSTRACT
The article informs that a recent survey of HR and training professionals by Thomson NETg, a worldwide leader in corporate education and training and part of Thomson Corp., demonstrates that e-learning is more effective when blended with instructor-delivered training. Although 100% of the survey respondents believed this to be true, nearly 50% said that they could not afford to provide instructor-led training to complement their e-learning programmes.
