Reports that Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Denton Wilde Sapte have teamed up to advise Financial Times and the London Stock Exchange 100 business services company Rentokil Initial PLC on their corporate restructuring following the introduction of new international accounting rules in England. Objective of the reorganization; Impact of the International Financial Reporting Standards on the level of its existing reserves; Instruction for Freshfields and DWS to advise Rentokil on their corporate restructuring plan because of their previous work for the company in specific practice areas.
