Reports that the law firm, Osborne Clarke, has been drafted in to investigate the discovery of a secret agreement to sell the Ukranian assets of the oil and gas exploration group, Regal Petroleum. Allegation that former Regal chairman, Frank Timis, has signed a secret deal with Peak Resources of Hong Kong, China, to sell Regal Petroleum of Jersey to Peak; Responsibilities given to Osborne in relation to the alleged secret deal.
