ABSTRACT
This article presents information regarding the feeling of greatness. Great companies have the right people in the right management seats, all headed in the right direction. Whether one operates a minibus or a big corporate bus, one needs every seat filled with the right people, starting with the bus driver. One needs Level 5 leaders, those with capability, contribution, competence, effectiveness, leaders who don't disparage management and who have the humility to know that it's not about them.
