CC cements France Télécom relationship with share disposal work

The article reports that Clifford Chance LLP's office at Paris, France has strengthened its relationship with France Télécom SA with a role on its disposal of shares worth 2.7 billion pound. Its partner Frédéric Peltier led the team advising France Télécom holding company on the sale, which was announced on June 6, 2005. The firm also advised on a share sale in 2004 and earlier this year retained its position on France Télécom's panel.
