ABSTRACT
This article reports on the PVA Bass Tour, a BASS Sanctioned Event. The PVA Bass Tour pairs anglers with disabilities with able-bodied boat partners to compete for cash and prizes. It also has a Bank Division for those who prefer not to fish from boats. The Web site for the tour stated that the U.S.'s top anglers with disabilities qualify to compete at the PVA Grand National Championship. Events begin with registration and partner pairing on Friday evening. The anglers receive bags of goodies from tour sponsors like Berkely, Pennzoil Co. and Eagle Claw. Tour Director Robert Cartlidge then goes over all the rules and take-off schedules for each team.
