ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Pew Hispanic Center has found that stricter security measures, since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, have had little impact on the ability of illegal immigrants to enter the United States. Other findings suggest that the locations the immigrants are traveling too, once they are inside of the U.S. borders, has changed. Destination locations mentioned in the article include North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.
