This article presents news briefs on industrial relations associations in the U.S. as of April 1948. The recently established Industrial Relations Research Association will hold its first annual program meeting in Cleveland, Ohio in December. Meanwhile the first annual meeting of the National Academy of Arbitrators already took place from January 16 to 17 in Chicago, Illinois. In other news, it was decided that the Institute of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University will be formed.
