ABSTRACT

Reebok International Ltd. is selling its Rolph Lauren Footwear unit back to Polo Rolph Louren for $110 million, ending a nine-year contract under which the Reebok unit made and sold shoes under the Rolph Lauren brand name. In another development, plus-sized women's apparel chain Charming Shoppes Inc. is acquiring Crosstown Traders Inc., a direct marketer of women's apparel, footwear and specialty gifts, from JPMorgan Partners LLC for $218 million.
