ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the process of winding down of Liberate Technologies Inc., an interactive TV software provider. SeaChange International Inc. has signed a 25 million dollar agreement to buy all of the business of Liberate Technologies Inc. outside of North America. SeaChange has said that it will make job offers to about 20 of Liberate Technologies's staff which are now working in its San Mateo, California and London, England offices.
