This article focuses on the 10th Annual Mix L.A. Open. The 10th Annual Mix L.A. Open is going to be held at Matibu County Club on June 13, 2005, which is being strongly supported by the audio industry. Confirmed sponsors at press time include Absolute Music, Audio-Technica, CE Pickup/IAC, Design FX, Harman Pro/JBL Professional Panasonic, the Record Plant, Shure, Warner Bros. Studios and Yamaha Corporation of America. A limited number of playing spots are still available. Proceeds from the tournament go to the Sound Partners program at the House Ear Institute, Mix Foundation scholarship programs and Sound Art, a music program for underprivileged youth in the Los Angeles area.
