The article reports that metal industry firm Outokumpu and financial firm Nordic Capital have signed a sales and purchase agreement under which Outokumpu will sell its fabricated copper products business--Outokumpu Copper Products Oy--excluding the Tube and Brass division, to the private equity firm Nordic Capital for 599 million euros (roughly $772 million). The deal is expected to close by June.
