ABSTRACT
This article cites a medical research which tries to find out whether trandolapril is better than placebo for reducing the risk for cardiovascular (CV) death or other CV events in patients with stable coronary artery disease (CAD) and preserved left ventricular (LV) function. The study was designed on randomized placebo-controlled trials. Composite endpoint of death from CV causes, nonfatal myocardial infarction, and coronary revascularization. Secondary outcomes included death from CV causes, nonfatal MI, and adverse effects.
