Reports that Richards Butler won the shipping case in which ship owners were found guilty of bombing their own vessel called North Star while it was being repaired in a shipyard in Greece. Suggestion that ship owners North Star Shipping along with Kapelco Maritime Services and co-owners Harry and Michael Petrakakos claimed damages plus interest under their war risk policy with Sphere Drake Insurance; Failure of the ship owners to disclose the North Star's true value and the previous insurance policies which had been refused; Role of Richards Butler head of insurance and reinsurance Mark Connoley in acting for the insurers.
