ABSTRACT
The article reports that Leslee Dart, head of public relations agency Dart Group Corp. has form partnership with PMK/HBH managing director Robert Garlock and veteran Miramax marketing executives Amanda Lundberg and Cynthia Swartz. Dart will be chief executive officer of the expanded company. Dart had worked closely with Garlock for 16 years and many expected them to team up again.
