ABSTRACT
This article reports on Nielsen/NetRatings Internet measurement service launched by Nielsen Media Research in 1999. The service will give advertisers and agencies an in-depth look on online campaigns, with the ability to tract not only usage data on banners and other advertisement, but examine demographics and other audience information. Using the service, advertisers and agencies will be able to track the performance of Web advertisements on site, total impression, click-throughs and other data, such as demographic information per advertisement on a site.
