ABSTRACT
A magnetometer based on a ПХЭ 606117А Hall probe with residual field compensation and a sensitivity threshold of 10–8 T Hz–1/2 is described. A four-step algorithm of the residual field compensation is suggested. The algorithm allows the residual voltage to be reduced by a factor of 1200 and more. The magnetometer makes use of the analog switches series 590 and 1014.
