The article presents information on various events related to the entertainment industry. The National Jazz & Poetry Month concludes with the convergence of several jazz legends who bring April 2005 to a powerful climax. The theatrical production "Monk" starring Rome Neal, will be performed at the Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex from May 8, 2005 onwards. The 12th New York African Film Festival (showcasing 24 films from 12 countries), will be held from April 28, 2005 onwards at the Walter Reade Theatre at Lincoln Center.
