ABSTRACT
The article reports that in a recent overhaul at Paramount Pictures Corp., Alli Shearmur was promoted to co-president of production. She will report to newly named Paramount president Gail Berman. These changes were announced by Paramount chairman and CEO Brad Grey. In her new position, Shearmur, who has been an executive VP production at Paramount for the past year, will oversee the day-to-day development and production of the annual slate of films and literary acquisitions.
