ABSTRACT
The article presents a list of planned new offerings that have been registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, but have not yet come to market. The list shows the companies under the section of debt. Some of the companies listed are Moneygram International, Newfield Exploration, Phelps Dodge, Hudson Highland Group, Ryland Group, Myraid Genetics, Royal Bank of Scotland, Atherogenics, Semco Energy, Michigan Consolidated Gas, National Education Loan Network, American Equity Investment Life Holding Co., among others.
