ABSTRACT
The article presents information on career moves of various people related to the financial industry. Boston-based defense contractor Raytheon appointed Biggs Porter as acting CFO after placing its CFO, Edward Pliner, on administrative leave. Pliner, 46, had been in that position since 2002. He joined the company as comptroller on March 31, 2000. In another development, Dublin, Ohio-based Cardinal Health, a healthcare products and services provider, hired Jeffrey Henderson as executive vice president and CFO to succeed Michael Losh, 58, who has been interim finance chief since July. Henderson, 40, was most recently president and general manager of Eli Lilly Canada and previously was vice president and corporate controller of Eli Lilly & Co.
