This article reports that Halliwells has poached Neil Wilson, currently head of construction at Newcastle firm Robert Muckle, to kick-start the development of a PFI practice. Wilson, who is dual qualified in England and Scotland, has 10 years of PFI experience. He will join Halliwells' in Manchester in May, but is expected to work across the firm's Northern offices together with other members of the construction department. Wilson's experience would help drive the practice forward.
