ABSTRACT
This article informs that strong growth of mobile and broadband access subscribers drove service providers to invest in their networks in 4Q04. During the quarter, mobility infrastructure revenues grew 19 percent while core router sales grew 7 percent. Meanwhile, enterprise-centric segments, including Ethernet switches and enterprise routers, saw flat sequential growth.
