ABSTRACT
The article focuses on issues related to the television broadcasting industry in Great Britain, as of March 1, 2005. TV program "I'm a Celeb"'s trials now seem mere walks in the park after news that Twenty Twenty is producing a reality show for Channel 4 that subjects people to Guantanamo Bay style torture. Volunteers were taken to a warehouse and given 48 hours of Abu Ghraib treatment including sleep deprivation, extreme temperatures and sexual humiliation. The speech by Channel 4 CEO Andy Duncan at a recent RTS dinner might have targeted the price of public service TV.
