ABSTRACT
This article reports that Newport Beach, California based DRI Management Systems Inc. has enhanced The Default Solution to provide expanded loss-mitigation functionality. With the addition of a decisioning tool, the process of gathering borrower and property information, determining the best possible options to minimize losses, creating formal agreements and tracking the workout plan is now fully automated, according to DRI. New features ensure that the processors ask the right questions and apply the information consistently within investor, agency and management guidelines.
