Bryan Cave nabs nine from Katten

This article reports that St. Louis-based Bryan Cave LLP has raided national rival Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman for nine attorneys for its Washington D.C., New York and Los Angeles offices. The five lawyers joining in D.C. and New York will bolster Bryan Cave's financial institutions practice. The team is led by partners Carol Van Cleef in D.C. and Judith Rinearson in New York. The four lawyers joining Bryan Cave's Los Angeles office focus on corporate finance, M&A, private equity and international transactions, particularly relating to the Pacific Rim.
