This article reports that Taylor Wessing is poised to roll out an ambitious European expansion strategy, with Italy, Spain and the Netherlands potentially in its sights. A number of partners in individual working parties are due to report at the end of March on the viability of expansion in several major European jurisdictions. However, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands are the favourites for at least one new office. A decision is likely to be taken in April as to whether Taylor Wessing will pursue expansion in one or more countries.
