The article informs that a joint venture of Washington Group International Inc. and Obayashi Corp. March 3, 2005 returned to work on a $318-million intersection upgrade in Riverside, California, after walking off the project February 14, 2005 due to a dispute with the California Department. The dispute revolved around drainage, retaining walls and electrical work, which often are the last items detailed in a fast-track project where work takes place as the project is still being designed. The National Institute of Standards and Technology has issued a draft report on its investigation into the lethal February 2003 Station nightclub fire in West Warwick.
