Reports that Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney has called for the resignation of Massachusetts Turnpike Authority chairman Matthew Amorello over an information cover-up on the world's largest highway project. Decision of the state's supreme court to reinstate turnpike board members Jordan Levy and Christy Mihos who were fired by then-acting governor Jane Swift; Attempt of the governor to pass a proposal to merge the Turnpike Authority with the Massachusetts Highway Department; Risk posed by the merger on the revenue-generating power of the authorities.
